My Actifit Report Card: August 8 2019
Hi everyone!
When someone have a high stamina he wants to reach it upper limit and want to increase it. Toady i saw a man in park his body is to fit, if someone look at him no one can tells his correct age. I went there first time and i saw him first time. I assumed his age about 51 to 55 year old and i ran along him. He asked me about my life or introduction etc. As usual i asked him about his life at the end i asked him his age, he asked to assume my age i have already set my mind and i told him. A little smile appears on his lips and i was thinking what i told him very wrong or something like that. I asked him to tell me his correct age. When i hear 75 figure suddenly i was in shuck. He told me that, since 15 year old i started to daily morning running and i still keep my routine. With running i also fix my food in which mostly vegetarian and now I’m still looks batter then everyone.
