My Actifit Report Card: August 3 2019
今天是记录我第二天的运动生涯，今天星期六，所以昨晚就约好朋友今天一起去爬山，一大早就出发到大家约好的地点集合，等大家都来齐之后，便开始向集合地点大约6公里左右X山峰进发，我们一起慢跑向山顶，沿途葱葱绿树散发出的新鲜空气，更让我们精神倍增，一路高歌冲向山顶，经过20分钟左右，我们就已经抵达了山顶，山顶上的微风缓缓的吹来，绿树丛间的鸟儿叽叽喳喳的叫，更让我们有如踏入仙境般舒爽，在山顶上缓步而行，和朋友一起聊天一起唱歌，这感觉非常的好，将这个星期烦恼和疲惫通通抛开，整个人的状态又恢复到巅峰，继续迎接下个星期的各种挑战，每天跑跑步是舒缓各种压力的最佳方法，希望大家也可以多做运动，加油!
