Great step count on the day, also really great stair count. I also try to get over 100 flights a day, really feel the burn that way. Solid work today

Thanks @jasonshick hiking up in the Mountains has been the best thing for me. It gets my heart rate up, and it’s good exercise so much nicer than flat walking or a treadmill 😊
