My Actifit Report Card: February 11 2019 - Weigh in (one day late)
Hi Actifitters! Well I was not able to post yesterday for some silly reason. The Actifit app told me I had already posted once even though my previous post had been the night before. I talked to our fabulous developers and they thought perhaps I posted too close to midnight. So I’m going to be careful about that tonight.
Anyway, weigh-in days are Sundays and yesterday was the day. I was down a half pound from the week before, so my progress has slowed, but I only have two pounds to go! My real plan is actually to lose another five pounds after that, but when I got started with this challenge, I didn’t think I would be able to lose more than five. So I was afraid to set to difficult a goal. Now I know I can do it!
Thank you to @anomadsoul for launching the #healthier2019 challenge. It has really given me the motivation to be dedicated.
Woot! So I’m down to 131 from my starting point of 142. My stated goal is 129, which I should achieve within a couple of weeks. And then I will plan to commit to another five.
