My Actifit Report Card: March 11 2019 - First day at the new gym
Phooey, I should have taken some pictures at the gym. It’s awesome! Anyway, I climbed the six flights of steps from ground floor to my office a few times today (three, I think), and got some steps around the office. By the time the end of the day rolled around I was at about 5k, which meant I still had 8,000 to go to hit my new goal. I hopped on the treadmill and did a very fast-paced walk until I got to 10,000. I got home, made dinner, and served the family. Then, after some time on Discord catching up with friends, I turned on Netflix and did some kick boxing. Great day!
