My Actifit Report Card: April 7 2019 - Ducks on lawn ponds

I had a great walk while listening to a book on audible. It’s one of my favorite things to do once the roads clear of snow and ice and it’s safe to walk.

We had so much snow this year that it doesn’t have anywhere to go when it melts.

I came across these ducks swimming in what should be a lawn, but it’s partially covered in a snow melt pond! Unfortunately I just missed the swimming. By the time I got my phone ready to take pictures they had gotten out and were waddling off.

I also passed several pairs of geese. We will be seeing lots of ducklings and goslings soon.
