TreeTuesday - Actifit Report: August 13 2019
Today I managed to get over the finish line to my 10k step goal, but other than my steps from dashing around the office, they were all at home after dark, and I just did aerobics in the living room. I worked late and it was raining, so there wasn’t a nice summer night luring me outside.
So I have no pictures from today, but in honor of #TreeTuesday, hosted by @old-guy-photos, I will at least share a recent tree picture that I’m proud of.
I like this picture because the greens are so rich and the foliage so lush that it seems to almost embrace the young couple, which happens to be my niece and her boyfriend. We were on a hike last weekend to see some falls, and the kids were so adorable!
It has been some time that I did hit the 10K mark. Well make an effort for today!
