Monday, Monday, Monday... my least favorite day of the week. Although I only reached half of my 10,000 daily step goal, I will cut myself some slack because it’s Monday. I spent most of the day in the office catching up on work. I’ve got a lot of ducks to get in a row before the summer season comes rolling along. After work I went out for pizza with my mom, her friend and her friends two daughters. We’ve all been close friends our whole lives and they are an awesome, one of a kind family. It’s definitely always fun to get together. We enjoyed a classic mashed potato & bacon pizza from BAR with a side salad topped with goat cheese, pear and walnuts. A great meal with great people to end an otherwise typical Monday... Hope you all have a good night!
