이틀 연속 만보 달성!
허나 오늘 저녁에 회식이 있어서
효과는 반감되었을 듯.
이 때문에 점심에는 밥 대신
샐러드를 먹었다.

이제 일주일에 두세번은
점심에 밥 대신 샐러드를 먹을 예정.
밥을 줄이고 야채 섭취를 늘려야
몸 상태가 점점 나아질 거.
나빠진 건강 수치들을
제자리로 돌려놓자.
