My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2019
@babysavage had a much more active day than me, but when time came for bed she was very unhappy about it.
After an hour of her expressing her extreme displeasure, we finally caved and I took her for a very long walk so she could settle down and get into a more calm state of mind before going to bed again.
We used to go for long walks at night before she was old enough to self soothe and go to sleep easily. I guess she just really needs that again sometimes.
Same situation goes with with our two little daughters. They don't want to sleep but playing with mobiles
