My Actifit Report Card: July 13 2019

This is my actifit report from yesterday. I couldn't post the report due to power outage and my device battery was already low.

I did a little bit of running, then jogging which later ended with walking.

I do hope I can do more today as I am not feeling too well health wise.

Remember to always keep fit.
