My Actifit Report Card: June 13 2019

7k steps completed today. No gym and therefore no running. 7k is from the walking in and around office. It's started raining in Mumbai so the heat has gone but walking has become tougher. Its dirty pools of water all around and one has to be careful. Back to gym tomorrow. Almost feel like skipping. :(

I'm glad it has started raining to squash the heat, though; I couldn't believe those numbers of temps I saw on the news! O:

Yeah some of those numbers are indeed crazy. Luckily, I am not in 45, 50 degrees. I was still in 35 40 zone but extreme humidity, both of which seemed to have reduced. Now if it gets humid, it pours.
