My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

I woke feeling every A ok and good to go, slept like a baby so was full of energy when I woke up but I could not go for a morning walk because I needed to be at the office on time for a meeting. A long-time client needed an update on his website. The meeting took longer than expected because there was loads of explaining to do so that she’ll the idea we were selling to her.

I went for a walk after the meeting to help stretch my body, been seating all morning long and my bum bum (buttocks) was feeling flat and without blood circulation. Lol. I took the opportunity to go for a walk and lunch as well I came across a car park that they are working on the interlocking stones manually. I took a snapshot of it when they went for a break they were almost done with the job, though. Had my lunch and walked back to the office, nothing special for lunch just rice and stew and chicken of course for protein. Lol.

Got home and my wife reminded me we were going for mid-week service before 6pm, a visiting Rev. was coming so we were ask to come on time. I quickly did a post about saving my coconut trees before some birds kill it. You can check out the post in the link below:

I did some dancing and clapping in the church for about 25 to 30 minutes before the Rev. came. There was a bit of traffic driving back though because workers were mostly coming back from work and we kinda bumped into the traffic jam, it wasn’t much though, by 8:15pm we were already home. The service was uplifting and the sermon was soul touching. Got home, had dinner and went round the building in my compound to get the 10k I needed.

This is not a dance song but a worship song, I like Sinach song any time any day because they are very inspirational and thought provocking. I hope you like it too.
