My Actifit Report Card: May 14 2019

Hey Actifitters and Steemians,

I woke up early and went for an early morning walk and it lasted for about 40 minutes. On my way going I saw this pigeon and cock trying to start a fight or should I say they were quarreling. The cock would raise its feathers and position itself as if it wants to attack the pigeon, the pigeon would fly off so fast and land in another direction, this was confusing to the cock who was expecting the pigeon to raise its feathers and attack it with its’ beck. Anyways, by the time I got close to them the pigeon seemed not to be too bothered about me but the cock took to its’ heels. Lol. After my walk I rushed back home to prepare myself and go to the office.

I went to a clients’ office which was very far from my office area, I spent most of the business time there because there was a lot I was helping to put them through on. I had to take a tricycle to my final destination because buses don’t go through that route. It was a bouncy ride but I can’t complain because the roads were so bad.

I went straight home from the clients’ office I took the picture below inside the tricycle I was riding on, on my way home during the occasion when the road wasn’t bouncy.

I went for a walk in the evening to hit my 10k target, we are having loads of water stuck on the road due to bad roads and blocked drainages. It is making us pedestrians walk with caution as some mean driver can speed past and dump the water on you, I try to either run past that spot or crossover to the side that doesn’t have such water pool. That was it for me today, funny I am not feeling tired, I guess the bouncy ride shook up my brains. Lol. Do have a lovely night rest my friends as we look forward to a better tomorrow. Peace.

How a bling boy can be so happy singing about the goodness of the Lord while a lot of us that are not faced with any physical challenge can’t just try and be happy. You might everything in life but still remain unhappy. We should be thankful for the little things so that our joy in this world will grow, we all have challenges but don’t let it depress you, you can overcome those challenges if you have a positive outlook to life.
