Oh I forgot the exercise. I was driven by hatred apologies. I think I have more walking/jumping/and running yesterday because we played basketball. Too bad I can't bring my phone playing.
Still that's a great exercise!
Get one of those Fitbit smart wristbands. Then you can do everything. Play any game. Even swim. While Fitbit counts your every move for Actifit.
