My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019

I had a great day today was really fun, I walked into and back out of college listening to some amazing tunes as always! Then I got home and sorted some stuff and went out the door to football, I train every Wednesday and play Saturdays. Football is one of the best sports in my opinion because it tests your aerobic and anaerobic throughout training and games as well as requiring power, agility and also testing your mental speed which is vital to most team games. You also need to find a team that allows you to enjoy the sport, if you find that you can meet some great people and I always have a brilliant laugh with teammates.
