My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2019
I had a full day in college so I was pretty busy as well as my football training and so I’m knackered now. My diet is going very well and I’m feeling the benefits, my mood is more consistently amazing as well as just feeling physically lighter and less tired.
I managed to see the Man United result and highlights which was an amazing showcase of football and how logic doesn’t apply sometimes. I also got in heated debates with remainers and those who want a second referendum in the UK for Brexit was very interesting and informative as well as frustrating.
I also watched a brilliant podcast by Russel Brand who hosted an amazing conversation that was very powerful. Here it is I watched it at 1.5 speed:
