My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2019
Today was an okay day. I slept in more than I should have, which is a great recipe to have some dissatisfaction at the end of the day, but I’m getting to bed closer to “on schedule” so it should be easier to get up tomorrow.
Did some volunteering, some minor work on a variety of things, and also caught some of an audio-book. Got a new book on graphic design that I’m interested in checking out, even though I’m not probably even at a level where I will be able to make much use of it.
Not a whole lot of steps, partly because of the audio-book (was listening while seated). This is interesting because yesterday I spent a lot of time crashed on the couch or otherwise not moving but I still hit a lot of steps, and today I felt like I generally was pretty active but didn’t get many steps (for me).
Of course, the biggest thing here: sleeping in eats up as much time as you spend sleeping in. I should really stop doing that, especially because I’m something of a morning person if I put myself up to it.
