편안하게 쉬어가는 하루였습니다. 컨디션은 맑아졌고 얼굴이나 눈빛도 한결 밝아졌네요. 가볍게 걷고 실내 운동과 체조 등을 했습니다. 겨울이 얼마 남지 않았네요. 건강하게 봄을 맞이했으면 좋겠습니다.
