@lightsplasher it was as good as it looks. I've had that kind of cheese before - and I have no idea how you pronounce it, lol - and I would not have thought arugula with lemon dressing would be good with an over-easy egg. I mainly decided to try it because of the mashed avocado, because I love avocado. Lots of time you order a sandwich with avocado and it will only have a small sliver or two, but this was at least a half of one. I wish I lived closer to that restaurant - we were about 200 miles from home when we stopped there.
