I think I am getting more used to the walking. Wearing three pairs of socks and soaking my feet in epsom salt after work are helping. I have started walking differently to hopefully improve my back...chest out, shoulders back...could take awhile...

just let it get out of hand and haven't been mindful of it. I was told I have a bulging disc in my lower back, but I think I will be able to work it out
