Hi @louislawren, all you have to do is click on my referral link https://actifit.io/signup?referrer=ketcom to join, next you go to playstore if you're using an Andriod phone or app store for Iphone to download the actifit app on your phone. Everyday you make an activity like walking, jogging, running, moving round the office, house chores and other activities the app counts the step. Try and get at least 5000 steps and send a report to actifit (it's on the app) about how you did it. Minimum word count on your report should be at least 30 words. Once they receive it they'll do the maths and upvote your actifit post and that is it. You get rewarded with actifit tokens everyday you send in your report that has a minimum step count of 5000. You get rewarded as well with actifit token when you upvote actifit post, thar isn't part of the curation you also receive.
