Oggi posto anche un tratto di camminata fatto subito dopo cena, giusto un paio di km per favorire la digestione, alla fine ho sfiorato i 15000 passi, un risultato buono visto la stagione calda

    Una passeggiata leggera dopo cena è un vero toccasana.. non solo per la digestione ma anche per una bella dormita visto il caldo dell'estate.

    Hai proprio tagiknet, caro @duranzo89, vorrei anche riprovare a correre, ma non è facile in questo momento, per tanti motivi, ma almeno un po' di movimento devo riuscire a farlo...
