My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2019
I was so inspired by @tormenta’s story that I decided to wake up early today and went for a 1 hour walk around my neighbourhood before going to work. I don’t think I have ever reached this many steps before and I hope to continue. It feels good to achieve this and to track the steps by 5K each time. It has been a good day of walking. Today, I have set myself a new bar but I need to take care of my knees :)

Thank you @neumannsalva! I must tell you that shopping in there helped half the steps :D The knees act funny sometimes, so I try to mix it with swimming :)
