My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2019

I had a busy day and decided to go for some jogging in the evening at a nearby, field.

Am already getting that feeling when you don't want to go further but I just tried my best to make it up to 3000 which is not what I wanted but at least am making progress

Thanks to actifit for making me stay focused to losing some weight
