I mean how you get the outcome of your result.
Well this is from an app called actifit which should be available in the play and ios stores. On your phone it tracks your steps and then you post this to steemit through the app. If you get over 5k or 10k steps actifit will then upvote the post. The only catch is that you need to write a small blog to go with your steps.
