I’m having such a bad run with my fitness at the moment. I left home at 4:20am and didn’t leave the office until 7pm so I was quite short on time.

My wife is also having a hard time at work at the moment. So I spent ages on the phone to her. Now it’s quite late so I won’t be able to exercise before work....
