Greetings today,
Another good day as usual and still doing my best with Actifit. Just as I am not home since yesterday, I don't have access to my bicycle. Nothing other than some couple of walking and sprints alongside my usual activities.

This involved performing activity related to Daily Activity, Running, Walking
