My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019

...Heeeeyyyyyy everyone It’s me😎
.Today's Friday..
.like daily.. 😌
.wake up in the early morning..
.brushed my teeth,and washed my face..☺
..........THEN.......
.then ate breakfast.. the food was on the list...kichuri+omelets..
.finished my breakfast..!
.yesterday my University was closed..
.because today’s my holiday😂..
.i go to my friend's house.
.me and my friend.. lots of fun there...
.then
.i went to mosque for..jummah salah..
.after finished my prayer..
.back my home..
.then let me rest for 1/2 hour's..
.then take a shower..
.ate lunch .. the food was on the list.. plan polaw/Hilsha fish..chicken curry beef with Others curry..😋
.finished my lunch..! i fall a sleep again....
.afternoon i was busy my studies+tuitions..
.in the evening finished my tuitions..!
.After a long time me with omar..
.We go to a restaurant where we talk a long time again...

.there..ate dinner..😋. rice+vegetables+chicken curry etc....
.NOW
.suddenly my mood is off...
.because I've been mentally weak for a some days...😭

.I'm busy with my studying now😔
.because i have physics Exam tomorrow..
.today's I've already completed my 11k+ actifit milestones 😞
.i wished everyone stay good.😂
