My Actifit Report Card: February 12 2019
Yesterday I was so tired that I didn’t upload the steps 🙄☹️
So here are my steps for today and I am very happy that I took more than 12,000 steps. At work I had to go to the test lab to gather some things. The rest of the day at work I didn’t walked much anymore. But there is always the way home - I only skipped one bus stop cause I wanted to go on a run. And that is what I did. It’s was the first run in a long time so it was really slow and at first I had some problems with my lungs but the more I ran the better it got. I jogged 4.6 km along the river Rhine. The weather was awesome- the sun was shining and there was only a little bit of wind. Back home I cooked some really tasty red lentil daal which‘ll be my lunch for tomorrow and Thursday or maybe Friday- depends on my mood 😉
Now it’s time for some sleep 💤
