The last days were pretty hot - summer seams to be back 🤷🏼♀️😎 - thats why I didn‘t go for a run. I hope that the temperatures drop a little bit.
But nevertheless I went the last half of my way from office to my home. I tried to walk in the shadows and it was pretty much ok 🤷🏼♀️ it‘s not running or jogging to reduce stress from work but it helped to clear my mind a little bit.
