Hiking up a Mountain

Now that I’m on a good path of eating healthy I also try to incorporate some fitness and exercise.
This morning I went for hike up Bear Mountain in Hudson Valley, NY.
It’s a 7km hike with an elevation gain of 380 meters (1250 ft)
It took me just about 2 hours to conquer.
