My Actifit Report Card: September 8 2019

Another sunny day so we decided to take a morning walk up the mountain. Light hike with the fam but the heat was pumping up to 30 degrees so it was hot hot hot. And once we got down the kiddo just wanted to be with her moms and I walked for 3kms with her in the heat. How's that for a workout??
