Jogging w/f Actifit : December 4 2018
After 2 days of tough working , finally got a relief. I should have missed something and I guess the answers are jogging(sweating) and meditation. For the physical and mentally health sake, I must work on it constantly. I pause a while and being not frequent, laziness kills life and that’s why I should move.!
