My Actifit Report Card: March 7 2019
Greetings steemians! I come in good shape after a walking filled day. I played cricket in high school and uni and training time was the only time I enjoyed jogging or any other form of planned exercise.
Other than that , walking has been my thing. It’s easy and it’s healthy. I also enjoy tennis , table tennis , bowling and just about any sport. Cricket is the only sport I have played competitively. How about you ? What’s your go to work out?
