My friend- read my lips! I’m not trying hard - just doing what I usually do with minor adjustments like use more stairs than escalators. Look at the numbers - they don’t lie!
Baby steps - I’ve always liked to get things done quickly so I could relax but I realized not everything can work that way( how disappointing!) it would be great to go to one workout session and lose the excess tire in the middle but we got to grind.
Life is like a bicycle if we keep pedaling we will move but if we stop cycling our momentum also stops. Let’s try to keep doing the small things right so we can create the environment for great things to happen.
