My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2018
Not all the much activity today, we had a bunch of high winds and rain because of fall out from hurricane Michael.. So my only real activity was a 5 mile walk early this morning with my favorite walking buddy, my dog Rosko. ✌😎
Update on my 100k step goal for the week. With today's 12k I should have a total of about 66k steps, right on track to hit my goal!
