First Day Back Exercising / My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019
Today was the first day I have exercised in 10 days. A lot has happened to make this happen including traveling and going thru a funk where I just didnt want to do anything.. However, I think I am finally ready to get back to training for my race, shic is good because it is exactly 3 weeks away.
I ran 3 miles today but it was incredibly painful cuz Ive been smoking a lot of weed so my lungs are fricken shot..
This sure has been a wake up call for me, I think Im pretty much over smoking until my race is over, its just not worth it.
So I got 3 weeks to get my ass in gear and get prepared for this obstacle course.
I know I can do it, I just have to focus! Wish me luck friends. ✌😎
