I started with a pre-warming walking about 10 minutes🚶‍♀️, then we climb the intensity and runnig 10 more minutes🏃‍♀️, finally I made an aerobic challenge 50 squats for day! Day 1...!

Good idea. I do squats when I play basketball. I would feel the burning in my legs, but it was really good for my legs. So, good work with that.
