Actifit - 6/9/19: a bit of cooking
Today was a bit of a lazy sunday. It was pretty sunny out till about noon. At that point, I had gotten up to fix some lunch and head out around the neighborhood some. Out of nowhere the sky darkened and it started pouring after what seemed like a few minutes. I just hung out inside for today and somehow met the minimum requirement.
This was a crispy parmesan chicken dish I made on top of some couscous. You kind of have to eat it all in parts to get all the flavors at once. I'm thinking about mixing this style of chicken with something like a rice bowl and seeing how that turns out.
I had nothing else to do, so I figured I would cook. Its always been a bit of a hobby of mine. I love to cook, but I hate the wait for it to be done haha.
