My Actifit Report Card: August 5 2019

I'm suuuuuuuper happy to go over the 14 400 steps today.
And tomorrow I can be satisfied with 13 300 steps, but let's see how tomorrow goes.

This Huawei health app gave me a BIG boost today with this.

I have walked 300 k steps since I got this Huawei phone this end of June.
So, in 4 - 5 weeks I've gotten that amount and I'm now stepping it up THIS week with 100 k steps.

...

Truthfully told, my body is aching in my midsection, so I know that I am pushing myself in the new levels.

This is quite exciting to feel.
