My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2019
The weather today was an improvement on the last few days. I managed to get out for a quick 3.7K run this evening. I’ve lost some momentum the last week and a bit with my training thanks to a cold and rotten wet, windy weather. Almost fully recovered now and hoping for some better weather. Long weekend this weekend thanks to the Queen’s birthday so looking forward to a bit of a recharge!
