My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2019

We’re staying at our friends’ place in Gleniffer near Bellingen. Today was a lovely day. They have a high maintenance property and when we come to stay we lend a hand with odd jobs. Today I was doing the whipper-snipping. Did that for about one hour to earn my keep. Later I went for a beautiful almost-11K run.
Gotta say ... if you’re interested in sport, this is a great time of the year - Wimbledon, Tour de France and the cricket World Cup. I’m really engaged with the late night sport on tv (late night because they all northern hemisphere events)!
