My Actifit Report Card: October 7 2018
I always think that mowing the lawn would get me half way through my day for activity because the amount I sweat but after two hours working on the yard and pool, I was below half way. So after catching up on STEEM, I got on the treadmill while I watched some football and got most of my goal for the day. The rest of the evening was enough to surpass the goal of 10k. Despite the recent changes no longer rewarding the full token amount for 10k, I think it is a great benchmark to strive for as it motivates you to achieve a goal consistently.
