My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2018

Despite traveling today and because of the busy schedule I had when landing, I woke up extra early for a short walk on the treadmill before leaving to the airport. While there is always a bit to walk through the airport, today the gates were relatively close to security. This left me short of my goal when when wrapping up my day so I went to the hotel gym for a 1 mile jog which got the job done.
