My Actifit Report Card: November 28 2018

Got off to an early start this morning at the gym hotel and did some interval training for 45 minutes which gave me a great start to the day. The rest of the day was really set to meeting excepting for some breaks and walking to lunch and dinner. Given the great headstart, I was able to achieve my goal early which provided for a relaxing night getting up to speed on STEEM.
