My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2019

While today was a light day, It felt good to take it easier today to build some recovery. I had walking sessions both at home on the treadmill and also walked outside at lunch given the great weather! Ready to finish the week strong!

      I will go for the 15K mark today! If I can walk the lunch walk (will not do it if it rains too much) today it should be feasible.
      I do have 2 hours of double tennis lined up for this evening! So I should reach at least 10K.
