My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2019

Just about made it to the target today. I spend all day in a training seminar which was very interesting but involved sitting at a desk all day. I'll post about the training later in the week as it was very good. Luckily thursday is my football day and I am starting to get my fitness back so got all of my daily steps from that one hour. Totally bollixed after it though.
