I'm just wondering how the user rank is calculated?? What does it mean that number 40.5 or 36.5 and what effect does it have on your rankings. Looking at the chart there i can't see how those accounts are organised in a way that makes sense.

There are people in there with lower steps and lower rank than the people behind them so i'm just curious as to the system and to the number on my own account and what it means.
