픽썸 에어드랍으로 꽁돈이 생겨서 스티잇 하는 동료와 커피 타이을 가졌습니다
오후에 커피마시면서 산책을 좀 했는데 오늘도 7000보를 넘었네요.
오 점심때 마다 산책을 해야하는 걸까요 ?
7000보를 걸어서 칼로리를 소모했기 때문에 장모님 집가서 삼겹살 구워먹고 볶음밥도 해먹었습니다
역시 소모하면 채우는게 맞는거 같아요.
